Experience: 5-8 Years

  • Handling the client and their needs and managing the deliverables
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
  • Receives different requests from the client’s users and distributes them to the next team
  • Follow up with support teams and monitor the SLA
  • Execute, respond, dispatch, or escalate the requests as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Participate in the client calls to solve problems and manage the escalations.
  • Must ensure SLAs and good status report preparation and presentation.
  • Task management, Delivery tracking, and support management.
  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Monitor and report on analytics matrix
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
  • Ensuring deadlines are being met and managing the delivery of services to the client
  • Meeting with clients for requirement gathering


  • Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing and Graphic Designing
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
