Deliverables/Expectations:
- Handling the client and their needs and managing the deliverables
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Receives different requests from the client’s users and distributes them to the next team
- Follow up with support teams and monitor the SLA
- Execute, respond, dispatch, or escalate the requests as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Participate in the client calls to solve problems and manage the escalations.
- Must ensure SLAs and good status report preparation and presentation.
- Task management, Delivery tracking, and support management.
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Monitor and report on analytics matrix
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
- Ensuring deadlines are being met and managing the delivery of services to the client
- Meeting with clients for requirement gathering
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
- Familiarity with Content Management systems
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing and Graphic Designing
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
- Excellent organization and time management skills
